In SEA, the intersection of the Arts and Environmental issues are reflected in local communities that depend on natural resources for their traditional arts. Climate change, migration, lifestyle changes, and degradation of the natural environment is forcing changes on the practice of traditional arts. Activists, culture bearers, practitioners, and scholars are documenting the impact of environmental changes on traditional cultural practices, including the community responses and agency.
