Please join us for the annual Hawaiʻi Sea Grant sci-art exhibit Refuse REFUSE opening night at The ARTS at Mark's Garage (1159 Nuʻuanu Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96817) in the historic arts district of Honolulu. This event is free and open to the public! In partnership with the Hawaiʻi Pacific University Center for Marine Debris Research (HPU CMDR) and the Papahānaumokuākea Marine Debris Project (PMDP), we are collaborating with Jocelyn Ng, multidimensional creative, as our featured community engaged artist, have selected artwork from 14 local professional artists, and have identified a winner from the Youth Art Competition tackling plastic pollution and marine debris.
