Meditation with Love, Peace, and Harmony
February 24, 4:00pm - 5:00pmMānoa Campus, Zoom
Science has shown that meditation can help alleviate stress, strengthen the immune system, and decrease inflammation. When combined with listening to specific sound frequencies that relate to different parts of the body, the body naturally resonates with this elevated frequency, and responds by activating a higher frequency of love, peace and harmony throughout our being.
