It exposes the underlying logic of neoliberalism on this platform, and proposes a different way we can be (and post) in online spaces. / L. Ayu Saraswati is an associate professor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She is an award-winning author of Seeing Beauty, Sensing Race in Transnational Indonesia. Her most recent book, Pain Generation: Social Media, Feminist Activism, and the Neoliberal Selfie, will be the basis for her talk.
