The Language Flagship Technology Innovation Center at the University of HawaiÊ»i at ²ÑÄå²Ô´Ç²¹ is sponsoring its fifth LaunchPad competition on March 5, 2022. The LaunchPad, a quick-paced online event, features first-time entrepreneurs who have created a technology product intended to fill a need in world language education. This year, four domestic and international startup companies present their language technology product to an online audience from the world language community. A panel of experienced professionals will provide input and decide on a winner. Audience members can cast their vote for the People’s Choice Award. Nicole Naditz, a nationally recognized language educator and language learning technologist, will emcee the event.
