CCBAC's Big Mood

Living through a pandemic can be stressful and take a mental toll for some. Mental health is a topic we want to bring more awareness to especially during a difficult time like this. The CCB Activities Council will be hosting a mental health workshop - “Big Mood” - conducted by Joe Johnston from M.I.I. Professional Speaking. He is the author of “The M.I.I. Human Optimization Plan” who built on his passion to provide motivation, inspiration, and information to others. For this workshop, he will cover the following topics:

  • Anxiety
  • How to help a friend through depression
  • How depression affects your way of thinking
  • How to be more aware of one’s behavior
  • Normalizing therapy and promote going to therapy
  • Outlets for those who are going through depression/anxiety

6 p.m. - 7 p.m. HST (Workshop on social wellbeing)
