If you’re currently an ArcGIS ArcMap user, you’ll receive guidance on how to apply your knowledge of ArcMap tools in the ArcGIS Pro environment.
You will use online materials and in-class exercises to cover fundamental concepts of GIS and the major functionality contained in ArcGIS software from Esri. It also covers how to download GIS data from the City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaii and how to combine that data with your own GIS data.
This course is distance-delivered with a combination of live lectures and independent study and labs. If you do not have the software to take the course from home or work, you may purchase a 1-year student license or download a trial version. Must have internet access.
